All my practice is framed by long periods of research in which I intuitively focus on specific questions and explore them through diverse methods. Here I will publish an outline of new and ongoing research, and some chapters that have already been closed but gave way to turning points in my artistic direction.

Focused on the representation of presence and its mediation as a technology of enchantment.

Handmade visual abstractions, telematic confusions, video recipes to rescue magic in times of despair: series of workshops, laboratories, performances, and collaborations.

Family Archeology: In response to mourning Covid19

2021 – 2022

Collaboration with the psychotherapist Paulina Landgrave to create experiences and virtual spaces in which rituals of farewell and mourning can take place in response to the impediments for in presence rituals.

In coordination with the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of Mexico UNAM.

The Stranger Gets a Gift Service

2013 – 2022

Platform providing performances designed to be experienced by one person at a time. Each one offering a distinctive “service”, a specific way to alter the relationship we have with time, space, ourselves, and the other. We understand art as a significant encounter with another person, with the world, with ideas and sensations. Isn’t this a basic human need?… When do you meet it? How and where? Make an appointment!
